14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Veyra Pro, contact us within 14 days of purchase at me@t4mer.net with the email used at checkout. We will refund eligible purchases in full through Paddle. Your license will be revoked when the refund is processed.
Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled at any time through the billing portal linked from the app or from your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals. The 14-day guarantee applies to the first charge of a new subscription. Later renewal charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Lifetime licenses
Lifetime purchases are covered by the 14-day guarantee above. After 14 days, lifetime licenses are non-refundable except where consumer law requires otherwise.
Trials
Free trials do not require payment. If you were charged after a trial, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will review the case.
Chargebacks
Please contact support before opening a payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in license revocation and loss of access without notice.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, usually within 5-10 business days after approval.
