- License and billing: email address, license status, plan, device identifiers used for seat management, and payment-related records processed by Paddle (we do not store full card numbers).
- Support: information you send by email, including diagnostics you choose to include.
- Website: basic analytics and server logs (pages visited, browser type, approximate location from IP, timestamps).
What we do not collect
- Your IPTV provider passwords beyond what the app stores locally on your device for playback.
- Your viewing history on our servers - catalog and watch data stay on your device unless you later opt into sync features.
- Recordings or downloaded media files from your device.
How we use information
- Issue, validate, and manage software licenses.
- Process purchases and subscription changes through Paddle.
- Send license keys, receipts, and product-related email.
- Provide support and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Improve the website and licensing service.
Processors and sharing
Payments and tax invoicing are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Email delivery may use our mail provider. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
Retention
License and billing records are kept as long as needed to provide the service, meet accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of support correspondence; license records may be retained where required for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Your rights
